The special registration discount of US$25 per person is available.
You may also receive one complimentary hotel room for two people if you are among the first to register. Supply is limited. The first 225 schools that register for Athens, Greece, will receive one room free of charge for two nights (October 1-2). The complimentary rooms for Bali, Indonesia, have all been reserved and are no longer available to those currently registering. Check-in for the complimentary rooms in both locations will be the night prior to the event.
If you are one of the first schools to register, you will receive a confirmation email stating that a complimentary room has been reserved for you. The free room reservations will be handled by A.C.E.
ELS 2024 is directed towards school leadership. However, all school staff and parents of students using the A.C.E. program are welcome to attend.
Transportation to the summit will be the responsibility of each attendee. We recommend you plan and book your transportation in advance. Public transportation is available for local travel during ELS.
You will need a current passport with at least a six-month expiration date past your arrival into Greece or Indonesia. To find out if you require a visa or e-visa, visit the government site of either country or visit this unaffiliated website: ivisa.govassist.com You can also use this site to apply for an e-visa if needed. If you are applying for a visa at an embassy or consulate, please email [email protected] to request an official letter of invitation from A.C.E. to submit with your application. NOTICE: This letter does not assure you will obtain a visa, but it could be of assistance when speaking to the visa officer.
We recommend that each person attending also download the appropriate document below for the country to which you are traveling. This document may be shown to the immigration officer at the port of entry into either Greece or Indonesia to verify the event.
